Your Agreement to this License 

By using, copying, transmitting, distributing or installing any product created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) you agree to all of the terms of this agreement ("License"). 

Please read the license terms below. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this license, you can not purchase, use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install any product created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter). 

Scope of License 

A licensed copy of any product created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) may be used with a single license of Autodesk® Maya in any manner that is consistent with the license agreement for Autodesk® Maya provided that there is no condition such that it is used simultaneously on two computers, except when all but one instance are operated in "Demo" mode. This allows for the use of any product created by ticket01 on different computers at different times when the hardware key (dongle) for Autodesk® Maya is transferred from one computer to another, and for the transfer of any product created by ticket01 license to another party along with the Autodesk® Maya license. 

All products created by ticket01 and any and all accompanying software, files, data and materials, are distributed and provided "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) does not warrant that products created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) will meet your requirements or that the operation of any of the products created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) or associated programs will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the software will be corrected, nor do we warrant the fitness of any of the products created by ticket01 for any particular purpose. 

You acknowledge that good computing practice dictates that any program must be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before you rely on it, and you hereby assume the entire risk of using the program. This applies to all versions and updates to all products created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter). This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this License. 

Any liability of ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) will be limited exclusively to refund of purchase price, if any. In addition, in no event shall ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter), his employees, affiliates, or parent organizations, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of products created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter). 

In addition, in no event does ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) authorize you to use any product created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) in applications or systems where their failure to perform properly can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, loss of life, property damage, etc. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) harmless from any and all claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use. 

Customer reference 

With your agreement you also legitimize ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) to add your company's logo and name on the respective pages of ticket01's web site. 

General 

All rights of any kind in products created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter) which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter). You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any of the products created by ticket01 (Matthias F. Richter).
